Audit Protocol

• Facility is contacted concerning client request for an "informational" audit (for both new and existing reports)
• Pre-audit package/site profile requested from facility
• Telephone interview with facility contact (i.e. Environmental Manager, Operations Manager, etc.) concerning operational capabilities, compliance record, site history, etc.
• Audit questionnaire sent to facility
• Information search of electronic databases (i.e., EPA Envirofacts, EnviroMapper, Right-to-Know Network, National Response Center Database, Etc.)
• Telephone interviews with Regulatory Agency Inspectors and/or Corrective Action Managers, etc. 
• Electronic information search of financial databases (for publicly traded companies)
• Follow-up with facility contact about missing information, documents, client-specific questions, etc.
• Report sent to client
