The purpose of this website and FacilityReview Reports is to provide waste generators with information which will assist them in making waste management decisions.  This website and FacilityReview Reports are not intended to be, or to provide, a legal opinion, and does not constitute a recommendation on the utilization of any waste management/recycling facility. The use of any waste management/recycling facility is solely the decision of the waste generators.

Notwithstanding any language to the contrary in any writing between the parties, Buyers of FaciltyReview Reports shall indemnify and hold harmless O.E.S. for all claims against O.E.S. brought by any party, including Buyer, which arise out of, are related to, or are based upon the Buyer’s use of any information provided by O.E.S.
