About O.E.S.

O'Brien Environmental Services (O.E.S.) is an Austin, Texas, based environmental consulting firm specializing in risk assessment/approval auditing of waste management and recycling facilities. Randy O'Brien, the owner, has a Masters Degree in Environmental Management and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Biology. He has been involved with risk assessment/environmental compliance auditing of waste management and industrial facilities since 1995.  In the last 10 years, he has audited/inspected over 400 waste management and/or recycling facilities in the U.S. and Canada. His duties related to facility audits have included on-site operational inspections, company financial research, closure cost evaluation, compliance review, and report development. Randy was the audit coordinator for the Environmental Resource Center and with AuditSource as a partner/manager, auditor, technical writer, and researcher.  He managed the Desktop (informational audits) Program for AuditSource until leaving in 1999 to open O'Brien Environmental Services (O.E.S).
