Report Cost Sharing

O.E.S. clients requesting the same FacilityReview Report will share in the production cost of that report, resulting in a lower delivered price.  Cost sharing is available for up to six months after the report is published. The formula for cost sharing among multiple clients is as follows:  

Report Delivered Price For : Formula :
2 Clients Travel expenses divided by number of clients plus 10% off auditing fee.
3 Clients Travel expenses divided by number of clients plus 20% off auditing fee.
4 Clients Travel expenses divided by number of clients plus 30% off auditing fee.
5 Or More Clients Travel expenses divided by number of clients plus 40% off auditing fee.

Example 1:

  • Number of clients requesting a Level II Report = 3

  • Level II Report auditing fee of $1600.00 minus 20% = $1280.00

  • Estimated travel expenses (air travel, car rental and motel accommodations) of $500.00 divided by 3 = $166.00

Report price to each client: $1280.00 + $166.00 = $1446.00

Example 2:

  • Number of clients requesting a Level II Report = 2

  • Level III Report auditing fee of $1600.00 minus 10% = $1440.00

  • Estimated travel expenses (air travel, car rental and motel accommodations) of $500.00 divided by 2 = $250.00

Report price to each client: $1440.00 + $250.00 = $1690.00
